Information you give us

When you submit a reservation, contact form, or otherwise reach out, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, service ZIP or address, move dates, and any message or notes. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need it to quote a job and deliver totes.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data when you browse — such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring links. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

How we use your information

• Go High Level (HighLevel / LeadConnector) — our customer relationship and communication platform, which stores your contact details and helps us follow up with you.
• Twilio SendGrid — used to deliver email notifications generated by your form submissions.
• Google — analytics and tag management (see below).
• Vercel — our website hosting and performance analytics provider.
• Payment processors, and any party we are legally required to share with (e.g., in response to a lawful request).

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it is used. This includes Google Tag Manager and related Google analytics/advertising tags, as well as Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data to measure traffic and improve performance. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if you do.

SMS and email communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive service-related SMS text messages from us about your reservation — including delivery windows, pickup reminders, and confirmations. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or reply HELP for assistance; we may still send transactional messages needed to complete your service. Email opt-outs are handled via the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Mobile information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide service, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights
